Terms and Conditions of the 999gt Platform

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering, accessing or using any service provided by 999gt, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement is a valid and binding contract between you as the user and 999gt as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use the 999gt services. Continued use after the terms have been updated is considered full acceptance of the latest version.

Member Registration Eligibility

999gt services are restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not prohibited by the laws of your country or region from participating in online gambling activities
• Registers with personal information that is true, accurate and current
• Registers only one (1) account — multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited
• Is not acting on behalf of a third party or as an agent for any other individual or entity

999gt reserves the right, without prior notice, to decline registration or suspend the account of any individual suspected of breaching these eligibility requirements. Age and identity verification may be requested at any time while the account is active.

Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 999gt at any given time. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, shared or assigned to any other individual.

Members are solely responsible for all activities that occur within their account, including any financial transactions and betting activity. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact 999gt support immediately via 24/7 live chat or email.

• Passwords must be kept strictly confidential and not disclosed to anyone
• Accounts that are inactive for an extended period may be subject to compliance review
• Account information can be updated through the profile section after completing the identity verification process
• Changes to bank or e-wallet information require additional verification for security purposes

Deposits and Payment Methods

The minimum deposit per transaction is RM20, regardless of the payment method chosen. 999gt supports the following payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian members:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (including major local banks)
• ShopeePay
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC and ETH

All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. 999gt is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators. Members are required to use payment methods registered in their own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal per request is RM100. All withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes, subject to the following conditions being met:

• Member identity verification has been fully completed
• Any bonus-related wagering requirements have been fulfilled
• There are no signs of fraudulent or suspicious activity on the account
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified method

999gt reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving withdrawals for accounts with unusual transaction histories. These checks are to ensure the financial security of all parties.

Bonuses and Promotions

The 999gt welcome bonus provides a 100% match on your first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received.

As a concrete example: if you deposit RM1,800, you will receive a bonus of RM888, bringing your balance to RM2,688. To qualify for a withdrawal from that bonus, you need to wager a total of RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

• The bonus may only be claimed once per new account
• Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the bonus repeatedly, is prohibited
• Other promotions announced from time to time have their own terms stated in the relevant promotion terms
• 999gt reserves the right to cancel a bonus if the eligibility or wagering requirements are not met
• Bonus balances may not be withdrawn as cash before the wagering requirements have been fully met

Betting Rules

All betting activity on 999gt is subject to rules specific to each game or market. It is the member's responsibility to become familiar with those rules before joining any game.

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. In the event of a technical error or system disruption, 999gt will review all affected bets and make a final decision based on available transaction data. 999gt's decision in this matter is final.

• Bets placed during a technical disruption may be cancelled or confirmed at the platform's discretion
• Any attempt to exploit software or technical errors is a breach of these terms
• Maximum and minimum bet limits for each game may change and are set by the game provider

User Conduct and Prohibitions

999gt members are required to conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Use of bots, automation software or any technical method that provides an unfair advantage
• Fraud, including the use of false documents or information
• Collusion or cooperation between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempts at money laundering or financing illegal activities through the platform
• Selling, transferring or trading accounts to another party
• Systematically or deliberately abusing the bonus system
• Using abusive language, making threats or harassing support staff or other players

Privacy and Data Protection

999gt collects and processes members' personal data solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, payment processing and compliance with legal obligations. Your data will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

999gt accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond the platform's control
• Betting decisions made by members based on inaccurate information or incorrect interpretation
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators
• Unauthorised access to an account due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their password
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of 999gt to any member is limited to the total amount of funds deposited by that member within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim.

Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the 999gt support team via live chat or email. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the member once all active bets have been settled and the relevant conditions have been met.

999gt reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification failed or information found to be inaccurate
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, misconduct, or breach of terms
• Request from authorities or law enforcement agencies
• Account linked to money laundering activity

In cases of closure initiated by 999gt due to a breach, the balance in the account may be frozen while an investigation is carried out.

Applicable Law

999gt operates under international licensing. These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where this platform is licensed. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through recognised arbitration processes.

It is the sole responsibility of the member to ensure that participation in online betting is lawful under the laws of the country or region where they reside. 999gt makes no representation or warranty regarding the legality of this service in any particular jurisdiction.
